Cybercrooks Aim Small In Latest Breaches

Research from Verizon and the U.S. Secret Service suggests the number of enterprise data breaches is at its higher point, with more than 760 breaches in the past year.

Cybercrooks are switching from the sweeping Heartland-style breach of years past to a focus instead on smaller, more tactical attacks that are more difficult to spot and counter.
